Caring at Christmas
Caring at Christmas is a project from Caring in Bristol which is a registered charity that helps homeless and vulnerable people throughout the year. We provide two key services:
- Over the Christmas week, we run a Christmas Shelter for people who are homeless or vulnerably housed in Bristol. This includes accommodation, food, medical services and entertainment.
- We co-ordinate, design, print and distribute The Survival Handbook which provides key information to homeless people and other stakeholders.

Caring at Christmas is changing
An important message from the Trustees
Over the past few months we have been working hard to secure the future of the Charity. This work has led to a number of decisions and actions which we are confident will make a real and positive difference to homeless people and people at risk of homelessness in the city. We want Caring at Christmas to grow from its established roots, running a valuable and important Christmas Shelter, into an organisation that delivers projects all year round, providing practical and preventative action and support for people in need.
